Aromatic and medium gold in the glass, the palate shows notes of honeycomb, quince, bergamot, dried apricot, and a finish of cashew and hazelnut. Twelve days of skin contact creates some nice tannin and structure. A really good example of what well made, classic orange wine should be. Organic.
