Medium bodied Cabernet Franc that is a far cry from its French counterpart. Faintly herbal but with more concentrated red fruit than those from the Loire. This wine offers lots of black cherry, raspberry, and earth with some decent tannic grip. Native yeast fermentation, unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites. Vegan friendly.
