Concentrated aromas of plum, red fruits, and cassis with toasted oak notes.  Round, full, and ripe tannins.  70% of the wine is aged for one year in new oak (French and American) which adds subtle notes of vanilla and cedar. Cafayette Valley’s most important winery practices sustainable farming and hand-harvests its grapes. We have featured this Malbec for years and it is always a crowd pleaser!
