A rare rose of this obscure alpine varietal from Clendenen Family Vineyards in the cool Santa Maria Valley. Malolactic fermentation and aging in neutral oak make this a slightly more broad rose with aging potential. Beeswax, strawberry, and flint. Pair with Peking duck or razor clams.
