Gorgeous Gamay from the lieu dit Les Marrans showing real sense of place. The stony granitic quality is almost overwhelming as it folds into its lovely, layered macerated raspberry and pomegranate profile on the palate. Aged in large, neutral oak barrels this wine is whole cluster fermented using indigenous yeasts and carbonic maceration. Farmed organically.
