Medium bodied and ruby in the glass, the nose brims with candied cherry, raspberry, and plum skin. The palate is velvety with fine, elegant tannin and a hint of spice from oak ageing. Aged 20 months in cement, 4 months in barrel, and 4 months in bottle before release. Organic.
