Fresh and floral on the nose with notes of violet and a very faint funk.  Light blackberry fruit and pomegranate seeds on the palate with bracing acidity. 30% of the wine is made with partial carbonic maceration, providing a nose that will remind many of Beaujolais.  100% Garnacha. Practicing organic.
