An aromatic blend of Muscatel (60%) and Semillon (40%) from southern Chile. This is a hazy white that borders on orange wine territory. Orange blossom on the nose with bright, fresh flavors of peach and nectarine finishing with a hint of salinity. Old vines, hand harvested, native yeast fermented, vegan, and organically grown.

Pairings: Fried sea bass, cornbread fritters, pork with fruit sauce
