A lovely, lean effort from a small, family producer; mostly Viognier with Roussanne and Clairette. Aromas of apples and chamomile fill the glass, backed up by flavors of pear, bergamot, hints of limestone, and just enough acidity for a crisp finish. Unfiltered, biodynamic.
