Precise and delicate Chardonnay featuring notes of pear, acacia blossom, and a fine streak of elegant minerality on the long finish. Patrick and his daughter Barbara farm the estate with native yeasts and extremely minimal chemical use. This is a softer, leaner style of St. Aubin.
