Il Specialino is a wine based red bitter similar to Aperol. From the Cappelletti family in Alto Adige, this is an aperitivo with a beautiful balance of sweet and bitter. Use it for Negronis or make a spritz with prosecco or seltzer and add an orange peel or olive.
