From the former winemaker at Saintsbury, this Pinot shows spice and subtle red fruits on the nose.  Beautiful earth and delicate cherry flavors tip toe on top of the slight tannic grip. Composed of fruit from two of Kosuge’s esteemed vineyards (the Hirsch and Barlow Homestead plots, respectively). Let this restrained wine breath a bit and pair with salmon, grilled chicken, or Thanksgiving dinner.
