A rich and ripe blend of 75% Monastrell and 25% Syrah from 60+ year old vines grown at over 2,000 feet in elevation. This shows blackberry, blueberry, cola and vanilla from six months aging in French oak. Smooth and deep with dark fruits, smoke, sarsaparilla, and spice cake.
