The flagship wine of the Fariña estate is comprised of 100% hand harvested Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) from 60 year old vines and aged 18 months in American oak. Deep notes of raspberry, blackberry, plum, licorice, vanilla, and balsamic entice the palate. Age has softened this wine but it will continually to evolve in the cellar.
