Bursting with under ripe plum, pomegranate, balsamic, and iron notes. A low alcohol Nero d’Avola that is bright, energetic, and mineral. The palate shows more plum with black cherry, crushed sweet tart candy, and more iron-y minerality. This leading Sicilian producer has been practicing organic since the winery’s founding in 1980 and has been certified since 2007.
