This is beautifully layered Cabernet Franc that displays all of the grape’s signature characteristics. Savory floral tones of potpurri, woodsy red fruits, raspberry leaf, cedar, graphite, and bell pepper can all be found on the palate. Excellent length, concentration, and balance on the palate. This has some tannin for pairing with food but isn’t overly assertive on its own.
