Lighter bodied, quite funky, and really fun, this natural wine will appeal to fans of Beaujolais. Mostly St. Laurent with some Zweigelt, the palate balances underripe berry fruit with freshly cut grass, barnyard, and bright acidity. Terrific with a chill. Partially aged in acacia, practicing biodynamic, vegan and minimal sulfur.
