A unique blend of Aligote, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Pinot Noir. This Cremant is extremely elegant with lemon oil, apple, pear, and toasty hazelnut. Before it was a winery this area was a limestone quarry and the limestone was used to build the Pantheon and Notre Dame.
