A magical bottling from an incredible vintage! After nine years ageing on the lees the fruit is expressive and full of poise. Citrus, oyster shell, flint, toast, and cream are layered on the complex palate. 65% Pinot Noir, and 35% Chardonnay. This bottle could be cellared for 15-20 years but is already drinking incredibly well in its youth.
