Much more than a basic Pinot Grigio, sourced from alpine Alto Adige. Vivid notes of ripe pear, white peach, and green melon abound. Crisp but with good weight and a silky finish. This is great Pinot Grigio and a “Hill” we’re willing to die on. Organic and vegan.
