100% Jaquere from the high elevation cru of Apremont, situated at over 1,000 feet on glacial limestone soils. This alpine wine is crisp, clean, and flinty with lots of citrus and apple character. Light and fresh but with great texture from aging on the lees. Pair with fondue.
