From ten-year-old Chenin Blanc vines in the famed Picasses vineyard, this ageworthy white spends a year on the lees in 500 litre neutral oak foudres. This gorgeous Chenin shows lemon, quince, apple, chalk, bee pollen, and just a hint of vanilla. Another stunning wine from one of our favorite producers. Native yeast fermented with no fining.
