A lovely white from this historic Friuli producer located 3 miles from the Slovenian border. A clean mineral wine with taut acidity and lots of crisp orchard and pomme fruit, pear and yellow plum. Aged in stainless steel. The winemaking brothers are both entomologists and this wine is certified biodiverse.
