80% Tannat and 20% Cabernet Franc. Opaque purple in the glass with brooding notes of blackberry, plum, and scorched earth. Tannat is known for it’s tannic backbone and while the Cabernet Franc adds some silky fruit this is a great wine for roasts or hearty stews.
