This excellent dry Sherry is 100% Palomino that has been carefully aged for an average of 12 years in a very traditional solera-criadera system comprised of American oak barrels. Rich, very dry, and amber gold in color with a kaleidoscopic breadth of flavors including bittersweet chocolate, toasted wood, dried fruits, roasted chestnuts, and seaspray.
