A field blend of red and white varieties co-fermented into this aromatic sparkler from Seneca Lake. Prickly notes of tangerine, lychee, and peach bubble out of the glass. The palate is well textured with some grip. This is a really beautiful New York wine. Sustainable and vegan. Solar powered winery.
