The Moulin Touchais 1997 has 92 grams per litre of residual sugar with a fair amount of botrytis (Noble Rot) in this vintage. An aged texture exuding deep aromas of honeycomb, tropical fruit, lanolin, and spice. The palate displays lengthy notes of marmalade, apricot jam, baked pear, burnt caramel, and honeyed almonds. An incredible wine that will continue to evolve for decades in the bottle.
